SynDeckTM Deep Lightweight Underlayment (SS1394) is a three component, aggregate-filled, 100% solids, amine-cured epoxy flooring product that meets requirements and is IMO certified. It is very low odor, has excellent adhesion and is specifically designed to be installed to a maximum thickness of 4 inches (102 mm) per application. It can be applied as a low water absorption and lightweight underlayment to replace heavy and moisture permeable cements for all approved deck systems, over approved prime coats or without primer over properly prepared surfaces. SynDeckTM Deep Lightweight Underlayment is designed as a wet-to-wet application in conjunction with SynDeckTM Bond Coat SS1222 or SynDeckTM Bond Coat II SS1322. This product is nonylphenol-free, SVHC-free, and CMR-free. SynDeckTM Deep Lightweight Underlayment is packaged as a complete kit (1 part A, 1 part B, and 1 part C) all in an easy to carry box.
